Execution Diagnostic
The wedge. Where most engagements begin. We diagnose where execution is actually breaking — not where it appears to be breaking — using the SEI substrate calibrated to your sector and your situation. The output is a structural read on the constraint hierarchy, sized in financial terms, with a 100-day intervention plan board-ready for whatever decision the engagement was built to inform.
The work is senior-judgment-grade because the substrate carries the analytical infrastructure. Quarterly Execution Cycle
The core offer. A governed 90-day cycle against the highest-value execution problem the diagnostic surfaced — or one the leadership team brings us into directly. Each cycle produces four artifacts, all interrogable documents. None of them slides. Each cycle earns the next.

- Analyze: causal interpretation of what's moving and why, refreshed at cycle midpoint
- Execute: integrated work on the intervention — strategy, operating model, applied AI, or system change
- Prove: closed-loop attribution from intervention to outcome, documented at cycle close
Execution System Build
The deep work. When a Quarterly Execution Cycle surfaces an intervention that requires purpose-built infrastructure — applied AI, decision systems, custom workflow — Zero Fog designs and delivers it. The system is anchored to the causal model that surfaced the need for it, so it fits the execution reality it's deployed into rather than the abstract problem someone wrote on a slide.
This is the rarest of the three engagement shapes by design. Most execution problems do not require a build — they require a clearer view of the constraint and a cycle of focused intervention. When the build is right, it's because the diagnostic and the cycle proved the constraint requires infrastructure to address. The discipline of refusing build work without that foundation is what makes the builds that do happen produce real outcomes.
