The Sector Build: your industry, mapped and modeled in days.
We build your sector before any decision rests on it. Every pressure is ranked, every decision your leaders face is mapped, every number traces to its source, and a working model of a company like yours sits underneath. A strategy team would spend weeks building this foundation. Ours is produced in days and reviewed by someone who knows the industry.
About ninety minutes of your time. Two to three days.

Lead case
What matters · what it's worth · what to do
One analytical foundation. Six situations it's built for.
A strategy team, rebuilt as a system.
AI does the scale. Code enforces the facts. People make the judgments.
Quality control, written in code.
AI never types a number
Code fills every figure from the sector model, so one fact has one value on every page.
Writing is closed-world
Every sentence cites a computed claim, a model node or a research note.
Code can stop a build
A figure with two values, a dead link or an uncited sentence fails its gate.
Settings sourced, lanes meet their bar, quotes re-fetched
Roll-ups hold, model builds, pack validates
Every figure reconciles, explanations graded, every line proven on screen
Sources linked and dated, Read scored, every asset matches
Weeks of a strategy team's analytical work.

Hours per unit are our estimates for experienced practitioners. Firm prices: due diligence $500K–$1M per study (TechCrunch, March 2026); an eight-week project $1M–$2M (published rate schedules). A firm study also includes interviews and workshops, which a Sector Build does not.
One fee. The complete package.

Questions.
- Do you need our data? No. A Sector Build runs on public evidence, and the modeled company is hypothetical: a company of your size and design, not yours. No client data is used unless you go further with a Company Diagnostic.
- Is this just an AI-generated report? No. Agents do the reading and drafting, but every number comes from a coded model, every claim cites its source, 17 coded gates can stop the build, and people make the calls at five points.
- Who stands behind the work? Zero Fog's founder, Jayven M. Rappa, a transformation, strategy and technology leader formerly at BCG, Bank of America and Liberty Mutual. He leads the decision points on every build: the scope, the lead case and the final Read. About Zero Fog →
- What if our industry hasn't been built before? That is the normal case. A new sector adds content, not code: the same process, gates and standard apply to every build.
- Can you keep it current for us? A re-run is a new, separately dated Sector Build. If you want the model kept current between decisions, with earlier claims re-tested against what actually happened, that is what Rejoyce does.
- What do we own at the end? The full package: the Read, the model outputs, the map, the executive materials and the evidence trail, for use in your business.
- Do we have to buy anything else? No. The Sector Build is designed to be worth its fee on its own. The Company Diagnostic, custom systems and Rejoyce are there if you want them.
